About The Event
Tutors will learn effective math tutoring techniques and strategies for keeping students motivated from math teacher Jerry Brodkey. Jerry has been a public secondary school teacher since 1975, teaching various subjects in Social Studies and Mathematics. With years of experience in both public and private schools, he currently focuses on remedial algebra and Advanced Placement Calculus. He holds a BA from Rice University (1974) and graduate degrees from Stanford University (MA 1976, Ph.D. 1987).
This event is only open to tutors who are currently volunteering with us.
